Repossession on the up but help is coming.
Friday, February 20th, 2009It has been reported today that home repossesions are up by as much as 54% this year however their is help on the way. The government has designed a scheme to help homeowners in trouble and expects it to come into force witin a couple of months.
We look forward to seeing what is planned to help homeowners who are still finding it difficult to pay their mortgages in these uncertain times.
One thing we are seeing is an increase in customers taking loans to consolidate their debt as people feel the pinch and see cheaper lending as a good way to save money and reduce their outgoings in the in the short term.
